Graft-versus-host disease is commonly observed after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation but rarely recognized transfusion or solid-organ transplantation. Transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease can occur in immunosuppressed recipients and immunocompetent transplant recipients. The baby was delivered with full-term by repeated cesarean section. He showed marked dyspnea 4

We report our experience with Neonatal Tetanus treated with Intermittent Positive-Pressure
Ventilation combined with Neuromuscular blockade and high dose diazepam.
